YSC was the financial advisor to the Ministry of Economy and Finance (“MEF”) and the Sole Underwriter of the Initial Public Offering of Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority (“PPWSA”), Phnom Penh Autonomous Port (“PPAP”) and the Lead Manager of the Initial Public Offering of ACLEDA Bank Plc. (“ABC”), Public Offering of Corporate Bonds of LOLC (Cambodia) Plc. (“LOLC”) and Phnom Penh Commercial Bank Plc. (“PPCBank”), Offering of Green Infrastructure Project Bonds of SchneiTec Dynamic Co., Ltd. (“SNTD”), and Offering of Corporate Bonds of Daun Penh Agrico Co., Ltd. (“DPAC”) on the Cambodia Securities Exchange (“CSX”). In addition, YSC has accumulated in-depth knowledge and experiences in M&A, having provided financial advisory services for multiple M&A deals in Cambodia in various sectors including banking and microfinance, insurance, leasing, healthcare, etc. YSC has also experienced raising approximately USD 70 Million through an overseas trust fund to invest in a local bank’s USD denominated deposit product.

We are currently seeking a qualified person to fill the following position:

Position : Corporate Finance Analyst
Department : Investment Banking

Responsibilities :

• Analyze various industries to identify prospective clients/ investment targets
• Understand clients’ needs and formulate recommendable financing options
• Communicate with existing, prospective clients, investors, and relevant regulators
• Support Corporate Finance Team in conducting comprehensive financial and business due diligence and producing relevant documents
• Evaluate accounting processes, analyze clients’ financial statements, and develop financial models for projection and valuation
• Support Corporate Finance Team in deals execution
• Maintain knowledge of the laws and regulations applicable to Investment Banking transactions
• Perform other related tasks required by the Company

Requirements :

• University degree relating to the financial sector or have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services industry
• Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Khmer
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of accounting and finance
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Research capability and ability to find insights from analyzing financial statements
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
